Drink in the fall or in the late afternoon as a tonifying tea. Strengthens the lungs, soothes bronchials, softens coughs. Useful for insomnia, nasal/chest congestion, dry nose and throat, respiratory conditions. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this herbal formula can be used to support the Metal Element and the function of the Lungs and Large Intestine.

Usage: Drink three times daily. Steep for five minutes in boiled water. For a stronger effect, boil for five minutes.
