28-step Harmony Tai Chi adds ten additional movements to the 18-step form. The ten new movements include some of the basic kicks of the advanced 108-step Harmony Tai Chi long form, and together with the first 18 steps, may be used as a daily practice by those seeking a way to cultivate their qi or life-force energy.
